Welcome to the abbreviation capital of the world...

So it's that time again! Hooray! Let us begin with *dramatic pause* pictures!!!

So there's Chip and Dale playing the piano in the parade. Is there anything they can't do?

No dancing on the train. Or any ride for that matter. There will be no excessive movement, unless you want to be severely punished.

There you go. Yay pictures! Sadly, I'm almost out of pictures, or at least the ones I actually like. And if any of you thought I would actually have pictures of myself - you should know better by now. Seriously.

Now onto the next event.

Work is hard. I knew it would be don't get me wrong, but it stinks that it sucks all of my energy out of me, and gives me wonky hours. I think I just need to get into the swing of things, but I just wish it would happen soon. Go figure. Also. While we're on the topic of work things, I think I might have pinched a nerve in my back somehow (probably from being so freaking awesome) and now I have about a six inch span one to two inches from my spine on my right side that tingles and tenses on what seems to be a random basis. Trust me. I've tried to figure it out. But in all honesty I just want it to stop!

Okay. Venting - for the most part is done.

You know what confuses me the most about Disney other than trying to navigate the backstage part in a "pargo" (Why can't we just call them golf carts?! It's what they are!! And it's hard to navigate because every single freaking building looks the same!) is the fact that they shorten every word. "Block Party Bash" turns into BPB, which sounds a lot like B&B (Beauty and the Beast) if you're not playing close attention. Other "fun" abbreviations I can think of at the moment are: Fan, Misici (My-Sai-Kai), MK, SDO, and I'm sure there are others, but sometimes when people start throwing all these "abbrevs" around I feel like I'm being forced to learn a new language. Silly Disney.

I've also learned that people who actually work in the park and have constant "guest" interaction, like to hide in closets for a couple minutes because they know that they don't have to smiling in a closet! Haha.

More Disney magic - Being stuck on rides. Haha. If you get stuck on the Buzz Lightyear space ranger spin, they tell you to remain calm, and that "Star Command is experiencing some technical difficulties". Way to keep up the show Disney! Go team! But, I have to say, being stuck on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride when the ride operators sent the boats out too close together, and you get stuck where all the robots are singing the "Pirates Life for me Song" it's starts to get old.

Oh! The UCA/UDA cheerleaders and dance teams that come to Regis during the summer are totally having their national competition at Hollywood Studios, about 50-200 feet from where I work. It's like their subconsciously following me everywhere...But what's great, and by great I mean completely horrible about this, is the fact that everyone working in my building feels like we're stuck next to that car with their music turned up and the sub woofers at full blast so all you can hear is the constant thudding of the beat. Yeah. You hear that ALL DAY LONG. And then you take a moment to ponder, well why does my head hurt? I work at the apparent happiest place on Earth. And then you remember: cheerleaders + Obnoxious music.

I finally tried to go to Animal Kingdom last week. And by tried I went early in the morning right when the park opened so that I could see the animals on the safari ride, but it started pouring instead. I'm pretty sure I spent half of that day looking like a drowned puppy. Haha. And as far as I know my treasured Vans are still a little damp from that whole excursion. Hooray.

I start my second class tomorrow, so hopefully it's going to be a good one. I'm taking the Creativity and Innovation class with a couple of my roommates and apparently it's usually the one that fills up first, so hopefully that's a good sign. I don't know if I've told all of you this, but upon completion of my class I will receive either a "Mouseters" or a "Ductorate" I can't remember which, I kinda think it's a "Mouseters" but I guess we'll have to wait until May to find out. The professor of this class made a twitter for all of us to follow, but I think twitter is stupid, so I'm going to be all "old-school" and use my planner of awesome instead.

I've slowly started mailing out the packages of wonder and they seem to be well received (hooray)! Also, think fast if there's anything else of wonder you might want, because my fifty percent discount runs out in four days. So...hurry!

I hope all is going well back home for those of you that follow this blog of shenanigans and wonder. I miss you all and I'm subconsciously counting down the days until March, since a couple of you are coming to visit. :)

Until next time - Keep on Keepin' on you rock stars you.
